Winter Employment | 2026–2027

Our winter season typically runs from approximately Thanksgiving through mid-March, depending on weather conditions.

We offer both seasonal full-time and seasonal part-time opportunities. Most winter positions require availability during evenings, weekends, holidays, and school breaks.

Winter applications close October 26.

Wages vary by position and are determined based on experience, qualifications, and availability.

Food & Beverage Team Member

Full-Time Seasonal – 5+ shifts/week: $16.00–$18.00/hour
Part-Time Seasonal: $10.00–$13.00/hour + tips from shared tip pool

Help keep our guests fueled for a great day on the slopes! Team members work in Mallory’s Café or Bennett’s Coffee Shop preparing and serving food, maintaining clean and organized work areas, and providing friendly guest service.

Spend your summer working outdoors, helping guests, and being part of the Seven Oaks team! We offer seasonal opportunities with our river floats, paintball, events, and guest services operations.

Summer schedules vary by position, with many of our opportunities requiring weekend, evening, and holiday availability.
