Ski and snowboard rental equipment availability will be first come, first served for all people, including groups, for the 2022-23 winter season.
We are allowing groups with advanced notice to check in 30 minutes early to improve the probability of equipment being available for groups. Due to high demand for rental equipment, we do limit the number of booked groups per day, so please submit a group inquiry online to see if your date is available. Early check-in is ONLY for groups receiving a pre-approved group rate discount.
· For groups that are booking on a day when we open at 10:00 am we ask that you arrive between 9:30 am and 10:00 am.
· For groups that are booking during a night session we ask that you arrive between 3:30 pm and 4:00 pm.
