Ski and snowboard rental equipment availability will be first come, first served for all people, including groups, for the 2021-22 winter season.
We are allowing groups with advanced reservations to check in 30 minutes early to improve the probability of equipment being available for groups.
- For groups that are booking on a day when we open at 10:00 am we ask that you arrive between 9:30 am and 10:30 am.
- For groups that are booking during a night session we ask that you arrive between 3:30 pm and 4:30 pm.
Due to demand, we do limit the number of booked groups per day, so please call the Seven Oaks office as soon as you can to discuss your plans. 515-432-9457.
