Are you at least 16 years old and interested in joining the Seven Oaks Team? We hire energetic, outdoor-loving people that enjoy working with the public. All positions can be very fast paced when customer traffic is heavy. At Seven Oaks, everyone helps everyone, regardless of the position.
We offer a great working atmosphere, flexible hours, great training, and discounted food, beverage and retail, and free breakroom snacks daily. Qualified employees enjoy FREE skiing, snowboarding, and snow tubing! Starting wages vary depending on experience, position, and availability starting from $10.00 per hour for part-time seasonal. Starting wages for full-time seasonal $14.00 per hour (30+ hr./wk.). BONUS OF $1 PER HOUR for time working between December 23rd through January 2.
Bartender wages are $7.25 per hour plus tips.
Our normal season is typically Thanksgiving to mid-March.

Food/Beverage
Love winter, but not real fond of the cold? Help others warm up with something to eat or drink at one of three locations: Mallory’s Café, Bennett’s Coffee Shop, or Coal Creek Lounge. Job duties include food preparation; food sales; keeping work area clean and organized; bar tending (must be at least 18 years of age for bar tending and 16 for all other food and beverage – we do have a few positions for 14/15-year old’s).
Office/Ticket Sales
Do you enjoy the sports of skiing or snowboarding? Our front office staff helps people get started on a great day of riding the slopes. Job duties include sale of lift tickets, rental equipment, and retail; answering LOTS of questions from beginners and first timers; answering phone and email inquiries; making group reservations.
Rental Department
Whether you have years of experience skiing or snowboarding, or just learning, rental is a great way to learn more about these sports. Job duties include interpreting customer provided data to properly size and fit boots, skis, snowboards and helmets for customers; adjusting ski and snowboard bindings; repairing equipment; maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
Lifts/Tow Operation
If you love being outdoors, this is for you. Job duties include assisting customers on and off rope tows and chair lifts (must be at least 18 years of age); maintaining snow conditions at load and unload areas (shoveling and raking snow is required); performing safety inspections of load/unload areas; and interacting with customers.
Snow Tube Park
If you enjoy the cold and listening to screams of excitement this job is for you. Job duties include assisting customers and their tubes on and off the cable lift; advising customers when they can start their ride down; manually and verbally helping customers exit the area at the completion of their ride and keeping the lanes of snow straight and free of snow chunks- shoveling and raking snow is required.
Ski and Snowboard Instructor
Seven Oaks offers ski and snowboard lessons to everyone, and we need your help. This position’s job duties include leading lessons; demonstrating skills; watching beginners perform and giving verbal corrective recommendations as required; giving words of encouragement; assisting customers on and off tows and lifts; teaching private lessons; maintaining a safe learning atmosphere for customers. Previous ski and snowboard abilities required.
Snowmaking
We can’t always count on mother nature so we improvise. This position’s job duties include setting up and placement of snow making equipment; monitoring machines; removing equipment when finished; helping with odd jobs (maintenance or other). Must be at least 18 years of age, must be able to work overnights.
Parking Attendant
We have been growing every year and that means more vehicles in and out. This position’s job duties will include speaking to each car about what is available and let them know where to park on our busier days.
