Terms and Conditions / Refund Policy
River Floats
Once you submit an online reservation a Seven Oaks Representative will contact you within 24 to 48 hours to finalize your request. A credit card is required when making a reservation. Your card is only to hold your reservation and will not be charged unless you do not show up- please bring your card or cash when checking in. If plans need to be cancelled or numbers reduced, you must notify Seven Oaks a minimum of 5 days before the date of the planned float. Any changes within the 5 days will be charged in full and a credit certificate will be issued for you to use at a later date.
Season Passes

- Non-refundable & Non-transferable.
- $5 replacement fee for lost or stolen pass.
- Reselling, exchanging, lending or obtaining passes under false terms, will result in immediate loss of pass and all privileges, without refund.
- Abusing or cheating the season pass perks or benefits will result in loss of pass, without refund.
- Add 7% sales tax to all prices.
- An Unlimited Family Pass is any immediate family living in the same household, 2 adults maximum (parents/guardian) and 2 children (living at home who are ages 20 or under). Additional children can only be added to an Unlimited Family Pass (same rules apply). Rentals are not included. An additional family member pass can ONLY be added to a Family of 4 Unlimited Pass.
- Nights Only passes are valid from 4 pm to 9 pm Wed. through Sat; 4 pm to 8 pm Sunday; 3 pm to 6 pm MLK & Pres. Day; Late Nite Events. Rentals are not included.
- Sundays Only passes are valid on Sundays and Late-Night Events. Rentals are not included.
- Ages 5 & Younger Unlimited Season Pass must be purchased with another unlimited pass purchase.
- Season equipment rentals (ski or snowboard) only available to season pass holder for use at Seven Oaks.
- The 5 & Younger Unlimited Season Pass is the only pass that includes rentals.
- ANY returns for ANY reason will incur a 10% Service Charge.
Snow Tube
If you cannot use your tickets, you will not receive a refund. Unused tickets are forfeited and non-refundable. We will consider refunds if due to poor road conditions.
Change of plans? Tickets orders can be exchanged via email request only and requests must be made at least five days before the pre-purchased date/time. They are NOT exchangeable during the 5 days before the pre-purchased date/time. It is recommended to purchase your new tickets as soon as possible, as long as you are asking for an exchange before the 5-day window.
We reserve the right to refund any tubing ticket at any time due to mechanical failure or inclement weather. In case of weather-related closure tickets will be automatically refunded.
Late Nite
If you cannot use your tickets, you will not receive a refund. Unused tickets are forfeited and non-refundable. We will consider refunds if due to poor road conditions.

Media Release
By participating in the activities provided by Seven Oaks, I grant permission to Seven Oaks Recreation, Inc. to use my photograph and/or any other record of my participation in any Seven Oaks Recreation activity for any legitimate purpose. I understand that any and all photographs, motion pictures, recordings, and/or likenesses of me captured by Seven Oaks Recreation, Inc., its affiliates or contractors, and/or the media become the sole property of Seven Oaks Recreation, Inc. I grant the right, permission, and authority to Seven Oaks Recreation, Inc. to use my name and any such photographs, motion pictures, recordings, and/or likenesses for any legitimate purpose, including but not limited to promoting, advertising, and marketing activities. I further understand that Seven Oaks Recreation, Inc., as sole owner, has the full right to sell and/or profit from the commercial use of such photographs, motion pictures, or recordings.
